Hello, I would like to find detailed technical info on the binary data storage formats for Varian and Bruker. Could anyone point me to such resources?
I'm involved into a student project where NMR data will be displayed in the web browser. The first thing we'd like to explore is the possibility of processing 1D with javascript, but we first have to be able to read the original data...
I've looked through Varian manuals, but apparently the right one did not pop up in front of me :). Could you suggest - which book any other resource could be looked at?
But how is the data actually laid out in the file?
Is there some information like this available for Bruker?
Any help will be appreciated.

I am not successful by using this command !
after processing it is not showing any data in the 3d-cube

we server I.D as follows

But unfortunately the data we need submit on the web server is little different .

Where can I find shim current values in Bruker
Hello,
I am a novie to the field. I am trying to record the change in settings post shimming using Bruker ParaVision. I only have access tot he Bruker format files (acqp, reco, 2dseq etc.). I was wondering where in these files can I find the shim values (Z2, XZ, YZ etc.)
Thanks.

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] How to create synthetic FID data in either Bruker, Varian or JEOL?
How to create synthetic FID data in either Bruker, Varian or JEOL?
Are there tools that allow to create raw data files in vendor format that contain desired data?
For example for the testing purposes one might want to write a specific value at all points.
Or perhaps there is some other need to store data in the vendor format - is there software for that?

Difference between Bruker and Varian machine
Hello
I want to transplant some Varian pulse sequence to our Bruker machine. But I don't know exactly how to change the pulse phase. Some people told me I can keep all the pulse phase and just inverse the reciever phase. But I can't get the desired results by doing this. In some paper I just notice some more complicated changes to apply the same pulse sequence onto both machines.
