I am trying to write an AU program for the acquisition of three different measurements in a sequence for 2 hours to monitor a kinetic reaction. I come across "goalternate" AU program in topspin which is very much close to what I need but only thing is, it acquires 2 experiments alternatively. I was trying to edit this program for three acquisitions but it didn't work. I am not familiar with C language. Could you please suggest me something in this regard. Thank you.

Simultaneous acquisition of 2D and 3D solid-state NMR experiments for sequential assignment of oriented membrane protein samples
Simultaneous acquisition of 2D and 3D solid-state NMR experiments for sequential assignment of oriented membrane protein samples
Abstract
We present a new method called DAISY (Dual Acquisition orIented ssNMR spectroScopY) for the simultaneous acquisition of 2D and 3D oriented solid-state NMR experiments for membrane proteins reconstituted in mechanically or magnetically aligned lipid bilayers. DAISY utilizes dual acquisition of sine and cosine dipolar or chemical shift coherences and long living 15N longitudinal polarization to obtain two...

Using the DUMAS (Dual acquisition Magic Angle Spinning) solid-state NMR approach, we created new pulse schemes that enable the simultaneous acquisition of three dimensional (3D) experiments on uniformly 13C, 15N labeled proteins. These new experiments exploit the simultaneous cross-polarization (SIM-CP) from 1H to 13C and 15N to acquire two 3D experiments...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Macro for variable temperature experiments on Topspin (Bruker)
Macro for variable temperature experiments on Topspin (Bruker)
I am working on a MAS solid-state NMR Bruker spectrometer using Topspin. Is anyone familiar with a macro for running several sequential experiments each with a different temperature? Is there a macro for running these experiments which automatically set up the specific temperature for each experiment? I was trying to modify the multizg macro, but since I'm not a great expert on computre programming, it did not work. PLEASE HELP !!!

Two-dimensional covariance (COV2D) spectroscopy with non-uniform and consecutive acquisition (NUCA) scheme is introduced. This NUCA-COV2D method allows the number of t1 points to be reduced by a factor of 1.5~3 without any broadening of the linewidth. Furthermore, the...

Abstract
We describe a sampling scheme for the two-dimensional (2D) solid state NMR experiments, which can be readily applied to the sensitivity-limited samples. The sampling scheme utilizes continuous, non-uniform sampling profile for the...

Direct and competition ligand-based NMR experiments are often used in the screening of chemical fragment libraries against a protein target due to the high relative sensitivity of NMR for protein-binding events. A plethora of NMR methods has been proposed...
