Default Tool to extract several NMR spectra into text file format?

Tool to extract several NMR spectra into text file format?

Hi As a newbie in the NMR world I hope you guys can help me out with a simple Q: I have 104 1D spectra I would like to transform into ascii_spec.txt via the commands: convbin2asc and txt:x;pdata,1 Do I have to do this 104 times or can this be done in one hit by?? Cheers Michael

VirtualSpectrum, a tool for simulating peak list for multi-dimensional NMR spectra Abstract NMR spectroscopy is a widely used technique for characterizing the structure and dynamics of macromolecules. Often large amounts of NMR data are required to characterize the structure of proteins. To save valuable time and resources on data acquisition, simulated data is useful in the developmental phase, for data analysis, and for comparison with experimental data. However, existing tools for this purpose can be difficult to use, are sometimes specialized for...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] NutsPro software to extract a plot from a stacked plot file
NutsPro software to extract a plot from a stacked plot file Hello, I was using VnmrJ to collect an array of 6 NMR spectra. I used VnmrJ to save all 6 spectra in 1 fid file by using the svf('filename') command. When opening the fid file in NutsPro to analyze the data, I am able to see all 6 spectra in Stacked Plots mode. They show up as Fid spectra, stacked on top of each other. However I am only able to individually display the first plot and only able to take the Fourier Transform of that first plot in the series. I am unable to select any other plot in that array. Is there a way in...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] How to extract Bruker fid data - in topspin and xwinnmr - to ascii format?
How to extract Bruker fid data - in topspin and xwinnmr - to ascii format? Hi and thanks for answering my prev. questions! Decided to ask this one: How can I convert fid data (ser file) to plain text openable in programmes like Origin? Would really like to know how to do this in Topspin and XWinNMR. Thank you!!!

Double quantum filtering homonuclear MAS NMR correlation spectra: a tool for membrane protein studies
Double quantum filtering homonuclear MAS NMR correlation spectra: a tool for membrane protein studies Jakob J. Lopez, Christoph Kaiser, Sarika Shastri and Clemens Glaubitz Journal of Biomolecular NMR; 2008; 41(2) pp 97 - 104 Abstract: 13C homonuclear correlation spectra based on proton driven spin diffusion (PDSD) are becoming increasingly important for obtaining distance constraints from multiply labeled biomolecules by MAS NMR. One particular challenging situation arises when such constraints are to be obtained from spectra with a large natural abundance signal background which...
