I need to give NMR data to someone who has only spreadsheet software to prepare plots of data and she also wants to fit peaks to curves in Origin.
What are ways to extract data traces in XY format from source data. Or otherwise make it importable into origin?
In a simple case it is a 1D spectrum and all that is needed - just convert it to XY.
Thanks.

Tool to extract several NMR spectra into text file format?
Hi As a newbie in the NMR world I hope you guys can help me out with a simple Q: I have 104 1D spectra I would like to transform into ascii_spec.txt via the commands: convbin2asc and txt:x;pdata,1 Do I have to do this 104 times or can this be done in one hit by?? Cheers Michael

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] How to extract residue information in case of line broadening (intensity drop ) of HSQC titration of protein - protein interaction data ?
How to extract residue information in case of line broadening (intensity drop ) of HSQC titration of protein - protein interaction data ?
Dear Friends
we have done HSQC gradient titration with targeted proteins , most of cross peaks we observed intensity drop , 30 out of 95 peaks ( 70 percent intensity drop of each cross peak ) , other cross peaks also we observe intensity drop less than 70 percent , we did n"t observe any chemical shift change .( May be it is due to intermediate exchange regime of complex ) .ITC experiment showing 12uM binding constant .AUC experiment result is...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] NutsPro software to extract a plot from a stacked plot file
NutsPro software to extract a plot from a stacked plot file
Hello,
I was using VnmrJ to collect an array of 6 NMR spectra. I used VnmrJ to save all 6 spectra in 1 fid file by using the svf('filename') command. When opening the fid file in NutsPro to analyze the data, I am able to see all 6 spectra in Stacked Plots mode. They show up as Fid spectra, stacked on top of each other. However I am only able to individually display the first plot and only able to take the Fourier Transform of that first plot in the series. I am unable to select any other plot in that array. Is there a way in...

How to extract Bruker fid data - in topspin and xwinnmr - to ascii format?
Hi and thanks for answering my prev. questions! Decided to ask this one:
How can I convert fid data (ser file) to plain text openable in programmes like Origin? Would really like to know how to do this in Topspin and XWinNMR.
Thank you!!!
