[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] RGA setting too high on Bruker Avance 300
RGA setting too high on Bruker Avance 300 I'm using Bruker Avance 300 spectrometer (Topspin processing software). When using "RGA" GR value jumps up to 3000 and more not depending on sample concentration. When RG is set manually spectra 1H spectra still looks little distorted. What could be causing this error???How it can be fixed? Check if somebody has answered this question on NMRWiki QA forum

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Setting up deuterium (2H) NMR on Bruker BBO probe
Setting up deuterium (2H) NMR on Bruker BBO probe I need to set up 2H NMR on a Bruker 600 MHz BBO probe for the first time. Can anyone give me a set of instructions? Do I run in protonated or deuterated solvent? How do I tune 2H on the BB channel? What 2H values do I need in the edprosol table? What pulse program? What hardware connections or disconnections, e.g. removing the 2H stop filter.... Check if somebody has answered this question on NMRWiki QA forum

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] What may cause lock level depend on pfgon setting in vnmr?
What may cause lock level depend on pfgon setting in vnmr? Hello, I've been working through the probe performance tests and noticed that when I change pfgon='yyy' to pfgon='nyn' lock level drops to about 50% of the previous. Does it indicate some problem in the PFG amplifier or elsewhere? Thank you. P.S. gradtype setting on our system is 'ttt'
