sensitivity in bruker 400 mHz NMR

sensitivity in bruker 400 mHz NMR

hiii everyone, our receiver gain is half of normal.(normal mean according to training report is 1024 but when we make an experiment with same data parameters we found rg 512) is this normal ? ?f it is not how can make this value 1024?
