Default Selectively coupled 13C NMR

Selectively coupled 13C NMR

Is it possible to run a 13C spectra in which one carbon is coupled (with 1H) and remaining carbons are decoupled, using Auto-XDB probe with VNMRJ 3.2 software?

Thanks , Praveen.T

Coupled effect of salt and ph on proteins probed with NMR spectroscopy Publication date: Available online 27 June 2013 Source:Chemical Physics Letters
Author(s): Predrag Kukic , Fergal O’Meara , Chandralal Hewage , Jens ErikNielsen
The coupled effect of ionic strength (50-400mM) and pH (2-8) on ionization and conformation equilibria of lysozyme was studied using NMR spectroscopy. Observed changes in pKa values of the ionizable groups were found to originate from perturbations in the geometry of hydrogen bonds rather than screening of electric fields....

J Magn Reson. 2005 Sep;176(1):47-53 Authors: Malmodin D, Billeter M Novel multidimensional NMR experiments rely on modified time-domain sampling schemes to provide significant savings of experimental time. Several approaches are based on the coupling of evolution times resulting in a reduction of the dimensionality of the recorded spectra, and a concomitant saving of experimental time. We...

J Biomol NMR. 2004 Oct;30(2):205-10 Authors: Cutting B, Strauss A, Fendrich G, Manley PW, Jahnke W Selective isotopic labeling of larger proteins greatly simplifies protein NMR spectra and reduces signal overlap, but selectively labeled proteins cannot be easily assigned since the sequential assignment method is not applicable. Flemming Hansen and Lewis E. Kay Journal of Biomolecular NMR; 2008; 42(1); pp 35 - 47 Abstract: Carr–Purcell–Meiboom–Gill (CPMG) relaxation dispersion nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy has emerged as a powerful method for quantifying chemical shifts of excited protein states. For many applications of the technique that involve the measurement of relaxation rates of carbon...
