Default Processing of spectra in Bruker Topspin

Processing of spectra in Bruker Topspin

Can anyone suggest important parameters need to be optimized for 3DNMR data processing and correct phasing of cross peaks of HNCACB spectrum in Bruker Topspin 3.2. Can anyone suggest any link which has described it in detail.I am using Sparky to analyse the processed data.

Thanks

Arun

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Macro for variable temperature experiments on Topspin (Bruker)
Macro for variable temperature experiments on Topspin (Bruker) I am working on a MAS solid-state NMR Bruker spectrometer using Topspin. Is anyone familiar with a macro for running several sequential experiments each with a different temperature? Is there a macro for running these experiments which automatically set up the specific temperature for each experiment? I was trying to modify the multizg macro, but since I'm not a great expert on computre programming, it did not work. PLEASE HELP !!! Check if somebody has answered this question on NMRWiki QA forum

[KPWU blog] Bruker?s Topspin running on Mac
Bruker?s Topspin running on Mac Balance the report as I just made a post for Agilent’s VnmrJ. I found from a web blog article that introduces the news–Bruker’s Topspin 3.1 for Mac. Bruker’s*brief introduction of Topspin for Mac machine includes features: Mac OS X platform for TopSpin processing Inspire a new generation of NMR users, experts and students alike Entirely http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=kpwu.wordpress.com&blog=76132&post=584&subd=kpwu&ref=&feed=1 Go to KPWU blog to read complete post.

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] varian-topspin conversion processing artifacts?
varian-topspin conversion processing artifacts? I have been using topspin to process data recorded on a varian magnet, when processing a 13C-HSQC I noticed one of my peaks (a di -methyl lysine peak) was unusually split into 3, I originally thought this looked quite interesting but when I look at the same peak in vnmrj the peak is a single peak. the splitting is restricted to that single peak and ive recorded the same protein at multiple pH and still get the splitting on that peak. Opinions would be appreciated, is this just a processing artifact from the data conversion or is there...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Bruker DRU ADC-overflow warning message in Topspin during HSQCEDETGP
Bruker DRU ADC-overflow warning message in Topspin during HSQCEDETGP To experienced Bruker users: I often get the following message in ICON-NMR while running HSQC/HMQC: "zg: DRU warning: n ADC-overflow warnings received during acquisition (DRU1)!", with n being a variable number between measurements. Any idea what it means? Is there anything wrong with my acquisition parameters? I mean, my spectra seem ok but maybe because of it I'm suffering from sensitivity loss, or else. I wonder if there is something i could easily do to solve this. Check if somebody has answered this...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] processing varian data in topspin?
processing varian data in topspin? Hi I have recently moved to a lab which has a varian magnet, in the past I have only used brukers. The people here use NMRpipe for processing which I am not a fan of. Is there a simple way to process Varian data in topspin? I know this is relatively simple for 1D but I am told it cant be done easily for 2D or 3D data? is this the case? Any answer would be appreciated

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Bruker Avance pulse sequences - where to find if not in TopSpin?
Bruker Avance pulse sequences - where to find if not in TopSpin? I used to use Varian Inova systems with BioPack all the time, and now I'm using a Bruker Avance-III system geared for Chemistry, not biology. It's driving me crazy that I can't find the pulse sequences I'm used to using! Right now, I'd like to use a NOESY with WET water suppression, and I can't find one in the default set that came with the software. Where do I go for relatively simple pulse sequences for Avance systems? I see Bruker pulse sequences for advanced experiments on Ad Bax's site, at NMRFAM, and NMRWiki, but...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] How to extract Bruker fid data - in topspin and xwinnmr - to ascii format?
How to extract Bruker fid data - in topspin and xwinnmr - to ascii format? Hi and thanks for answering my prev. questions! Decided to ask this one: How can I convert fid data (ser file) to plain text openable in programmes like Origin? Would really like to know how to do this in Topspin and XWinNMR. Thank you!!!
