Hi , Does any one know how to set up the zgesfpgp 1d experiment (flipback water gate) on Bruker. I am looking for p29 duration to set up the 1D experiment. we look at pulse sequence file for the parameters to start the experiment. we didn’t find it unfortunately, does anyone knows about it , please let US know the what are the parameters to modify while to set up the experiment and and could you please suggest any other experiments to observe the fast exchange imino N-H protons in ID experiment.
Thanking you

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Bruker & Varian phase correction parameters
Bruker & Varian phase correction parameters
Hi,
I am an undergraduate student who is doing a chemistry/computing project. I have chosen to write a simple C program that can import NMR data from commercial spectrometer software into a common format. The scope of my project is restricted to "1D Proton" as time is limited. I'm not sure if the code is going to get used for anything later (I doubt it) and I am not intending to do anything with my work other than get a good grade!
I have a question that relates to the phase correction parameters present in Bruker and Varian datasets:...
[U. of Ottawa NMR Facility Blog] Watergate
WATERGATE
WATER suppression by GrAdient Tailored Excitation (WATERGATE) is a clever technique used to suppress the water signal in an aqueous sample. It is widely used in many complicated pulse sequences. Unlike presaturation which irradiates the water resonance with a long low power pulse, this method is based on the gradient spin echo technique used also to measure diffusion constants and DOSY spectra. The pulse sequence is shown here:http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_5wBTR2kKTqA/S3GsqqD3wiI/AAAAAAAAAuM/gXnd8Ss-KPg/s400/watergate1_1.jpgThe transmitter frequency is set on the water resonance. A...
