I am running a varian gemini 300 on SUN microsystems with UNIX. I am trying to lock on my sample, and my lock is not showing up as a "step" as usual. Instead, it has troughs in it. What are some options in fixing this, or is this acceptable?

ROESY spin-lock power
I'm using roesyph.2 pulse sequence and I would like to know how to calculate spin-lock power in Hz for this experment.
Thnx

How to correctly set ROESY spin-lock power?

ps. I'm aware that for hard pulse it is 1/pw360, therefore can I assume that in this case it is 1/2*P25?

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] What may cause lock level depend on pfgon setting in vnmr?
What may cause lock level depend on pfgon setting in vnmr?
Hello, I've been working through the probe performance tests and noticed that when I change pfgon='yyy' to pfgon='nyn' lock level drops to about 50% of the previous.
Does it indicate some problem in the PFG amplifier or elsewhere?
Thank you.
P.S. gradtype setting on our system is 'ttt'
