Default h2bc experiment

h2bc experiment

Hello nmr wikierI want to run pulprog h2bcetgpl3 using adiabiatic shape pulse crp60comp.4 now how I determine power level sp7 in stdisp It is giving 90 degree rotation should I double it for 180 degree rotation for p24 2ms is enoughf or can I increase it.

thanks for answering in advance

with best regard feroon

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] demonstrative kinetics experiment
demonstrative kinetics experiment I'm looking for a good kinetics experiment to run in the lab section of our graduate lab course. It should be a reaction that we can set up on a bench with inexpensive materials, that will take place safely in an NMR tube, and should take about one to five hours to complete at room temperature. (If done in one, then the students can witness the outcome; more than that, and they'll just set it up, watch the first few minutes of it, then leave and get the data later.) We can follow it using any high-sensitivity high-natural abundance nucleus: 1H, 19F, or...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Basics of filtered NOE experiment
Basics of filtered NOE experiment I have not fully understood the mechanism of the filtered NOE experiment. What does it tell you? Are you able to distinguish between inter- and intradomains in a protein? How is such an experiment performed in the lab? [Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] From what experiment only two bond correlations we can get in varian nmr?
From what experiment only two bond correlations we can get in varian nmr? Hi., i have one compound i need only two bond correlation contours from quaternary carbon to proton. Is there any pulse sequence to find only two bond correlations ie, from quaternary carbon to protons with minimum amount of sample in "varian nmr".
