Is it correct that COSY (not long range COSY) in the OsH-CH-CH chain is demonstrating cross-peaks only for OsH-CH-CH and OsH-CH-CH fragments independently on J between protons in OsH-CH-CH?

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] 13c e.cosy
13C E.COSY
Can somebody help me with the one query? How to record an E.COSY for solids proteins? Its possible to use available programme from bruker.but how to analyse the cross peak multiplets of 13C with mostly 1J 13C coupling? what is the best way to to obtain multiple bond J couplings in solids? Is quantitative J coupling methods suitable for solids? Is there a way of recording an CRINEPT without gradients in solids?

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] CT COSY pulse sequence programming
CT COSY pulse sequence programming
Hi,
I want to make a CT-COSY pulse sequence. But I'm bother by incremented delay. When I type in the BaseLevelRelation.h this:
IN=-INand add in the microprogram the delay before and after my pi pulse,it didn't work... It seems like it calculate the d28 delay from the IN28 increment, but doesn't want to apply this delay in the pulse sequence....Any idea ? Perhaps it's about some incrementation declaration or something like that ?

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] COSY problem (cosydfesgpph pulse program)
COSY problem (cosydfesgpph pulse program)
Hi,
I am running COSY on a DNA:RNA hybrifd. However, I have got no cross-peaks at all even for CYT H5-H6? what do you think the problem is? I am using cosydfesgpph as pulse programme.
Thank you

[U. of Ottawa NMR Facility Blog] E.COSY and the Relative Signs of Coupling Constants
E.COSY and the Relative Signs of Coupling Constants
Spin-spin coupling constants can have values greater than or less than zero. The absolute sign of the coupling constants cannot be discerned from the simple examination of a 1H NMR spectrum. The E.COSY1 (Exclusive COrrelation SpectroscopY) technique is one method which can be used to determine the relative signs of coupling constants. E.COSY is a phase sensitive COSY variant which produces off-diagonal signals showing only the active coupling (i.e. the coupling directly responsible for the cross-peak) as 2x2 antiphase square tetrads...
