Default 2D NOESY filtered/edited experiments

2D NOESY filtered/edited experiments

what are the name for 2D NOESY filtered/edited experiments like F1fF2f, F1fF2e, F2f, F1eF2e in Bruker 700MHz ?.Here is the link of that paper which has above experimentshttp://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14739639

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Isotope Filtered NOESY
Isotope Filtered NOESY I'm an NMR newbie. I know isotope filtering can be used to study a complex under slow exchange, but for fast-exchange, is it possible to acquire only the intramolecular NOEs of the receptor as opposed to intermolecular NOEs between the receptor and ligand? I just want the contacts in the receptor. Thanks. Check if somebody has answered this question on NMRWiki QA forum

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Auto peak picking of N15Edit NOESY and C13 Edit NOESY spectrum
Auto peak picking of N15Edit NOESY and C13 Edit NOESY spectrum Dear friends, I am in process of doing structure calculation of a dimeric protein. The problem I faced is regarding the assignment of N15Edit NOESY and C13 Edit NOESY spectrum.I have already processed the fid data and converted to sparky ucsf format. Is there options available in sparky for auto peak picking, integration and assignment of my NOESY spectrum? And second query is regarding the generation of input files for structure calculation. In our Lab we are using ARIA 2.1 software for structure calculation? Is there any...

Multiplet-filtered and gradient-selected zero-quantum TROSY experiments for 13C1H3 methyl groups in proteins
Multiplet-filtered and gradient-selected zero-quantum TROSY experiments for 13C1H3 methyl groups in proteins Abstract Multiplet-filtered and gradient-selected heteronuclear zero-quantum coherence (gsHZQC) TROSY experiments are described for measuring 1Hâ??13C correlations for 13CH3 methyl groups in proteins. These experiments provide improved suppression of undesirable, broad outer components of the heteronuclear zero-quantum multiplet in medium-sized proteins, or in flexible sites of larger proteins, compared to previously described HZQC sequences (Tugarinov et al. in J Am Chem Soc...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] 2D Filtered NOESY/TOCSY on Varian Biopack
2D Filtered NOESY/TOCSY on Varian Biopack I am attempting to run some filtered NOESY and TOCSY experiments using sequences in the Varian Biopack - CNfiltocsy and CNfilnoesy. The experiments seem to run fine, but when overlaying the processed spectra something seems odd - the TOCSY crosspeaks are not present in the NOESY spectra and vice-versa. Does anyone know why this might be the case? Check if somebody has answered this question on NMRWiki QA forum

High-resolution methyl edited GFT NMR experiments for protein resonance assignments a
High-resolution methyl edited GFT NMR experiments for protein resonance assignments and structure determination Abstract Three-dimensional (3D) structure determination of proteins is benefitted by long-range distance constraints comprising the methyl groups, which constitute the hydrophobic core of proteins. However, in methyl groups (of Ala, Ile, Leu, Met, Thr and Val) there is a significant overlap of 13C and 1H chemical shifts. Such overlap can be resolved using the recently proposed (3,2)D HCCH-COSY, a G-matrix Fourier transform (GFT) NMR based experiment, which facilitates editing...
