I have been trying to use the command 'proj' (in vnmrj 2.1) with a given frequencey and frequency range to do a sumn projection through a section of a 2D however the projection I get does not match the region I defined. Has anyone else encountered this or can explain to me what im doing wrong?
thanks
Tom

just use command "pt" and save them as a .ps file. *you will get what you need. But I noticed that under some*circumstance, it does not work well under

Side chain: backbone projections in aromatic and ASX residues from NMR cross-correlated relaxation
Side chain: backbone projections in aromatic and ASX residues from NMR cross-correlated relaxation
Abstract The measurements of cross-correlated relaxation rates between HNā??N and CĪ²ā??CĪ³ intraresidual and sequential dipolar interactions is demonstrated in ASN, ASP and aromatic residues. The experiment can be used for deuterated samples and no additional knowledge such as Karplus parametrizations is required for the analysis. The data constitutes a new type of information since no other method relates the CĪ²ā??CĪ³ bond to HNā??N. Using this method the dominant populations of rotamer...

Abstract:
We describe a novel method for the robust, rapid, and reliable determination of J couplings in multi-dimensional NMR coupling data, including small couplings from larger proteins. The method, High-resolution Iterative Frequency Identification of Couplings (HIFI-C) is an extension of the adaptive and intelligent data collection approach...
