Many Proteins Exist in a State of 'Disorder' and Yet Are Functional
Science Daily (press release)
When did people realize some proteins violate the rules? It's been about 20 years. The earliest clue was that some protein segments didn't show up in X-ray crystallography or NMR studies, the standard ways of studying protein structure. By the 1990s ...

Exploring NMR ensembles of calcium binding proteins: perspectives to design ...

We employed several scoring methods in order to find the best protein conformations. Our results show that docking on NMR structures of calmodulin and centrin can be very helpful to take into account conformational changes occurring at protein-protein ...

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Where can I find shim current values in Bruker
Where can I find shim current values in Bruker
Hello,
I am a novie to the field. I am trying to record the change in settings post shimming using Bruker ParaVision. I only have access tot he Bruker format files (acqp, reco, 2dseq etc.). I was wondering where in these files can I find the shim values (Z2, XZ, YZ etc.)
Thanks.
