[KPWU blog] [Xplor-NIH] modified residues (protein)
modified residues (protein)
I searched the Xplor-NIH mailing list to know how many modified amino acids are supported in Xplor-NIH. So far, I can see N-terminal acetylation and spin labeled (MTSL) cysteine are documented in the mailing list. I wonder to know if acetylated lysine, phosphorylated serine, threonine and methylation are also supported in Xplor-NIH. Here is the http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=kpwu.wordpress.com&blog=76132&post=750&subd=kpwu&ref=&feed=1

[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] Aminoacid residue identification or assignment of protein from 3D NMR Experments
Aminoacid residue identification or assignment of protein from 3D NMR Experments
Dear NMR Wiki'ers
I am identifying aminoacid residues or assignment of protein from following 3D NMR experments
HNCA/HNCOCA - Glycine (45 ppm )
CBCANH/CBCACONH - Alanine (52-CA , 19 - CB ), Serine,threonine - ( CA-58.57 , CB - 64 or 70 )
