[NMR paper] Low-field NMR works as a rapid, automatic, non-invasive and wide-scale coverage technique for aggregates indication in biomacromolecule development
Protein aggregation is challenging for biopharmaceutical drug, because it affects the stability of protein formulations in real-time. However, current techniques for protein aggregate indication meet a number of limitations including limited aggregate size range, complex pre-treatments and lack of chromatographic approaches. Herein, a rapid, automatic, non-invasive and wide-scale coverage technique for aggregates indication is developed to overcome these challenges. Firstly, the response of...

Rapid protein assignments and structures from raw NMR spectra with the deep learning technique ARTINA
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is a major technique in structural biology with over 11,800 protein structures deposited in the Protein Data Bank. NMR can elucidate structures and dynamics of small and medium size proteins in solution, living cells, and solids, but has been limited by the tedious data analysis process. It typically requires weeks or months of manual work of a trained expert to turn NMR measurements into a protein structure. Automation of this process is an...

Abstract
We report a new NMR-scale purification procedure for two recombinant wild type fragments of the stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1). This protein acts as a calcium sensor in the endoplasmic reticulum...

SAGA: rapid automatic mainchain NMR assignment for large proteins
Abstract Here we describe a new algorithm for automatically determining the mainchain sequential assignment of NMR spectra for proteins. Using only the customary triple resonance experiments, assignments can be quickly found for not only small proteins having rather complete data, but also for large proteins, even when only half the residues can be assigned. The result of the calculation is not the single best assignment according to some criterion, but rather a large number of satisfactory assignments that are summarized in such a way as to help the user identify portions of the sequence...
