Responsibilities will include setting up and running experiments, with guidance from senior scientists, using state-of-the-art NMR probes on a JEOL ECA 500 WB NMR spectrometer and communicating their effectiveness. The work will include both routine testing and demonstration of new applications and capabilities. Current development efforts at Doty Scientific Inc (DSI) are primarily directed toward completing the commercialization of a CryoMAS NMR probe that will utilize closed-cycle helium cryocoolers and high-power cryogenic rf circuitry operating in high vacuum.
