[Question from NMRWiki Q&A forum] VNMRJ "No data in data file"
VNMRJ "No data in data file" I'm trying to display a 3D Varian file in VNMRJ. I can see values in the fid file (using the "od" utility) and convert the file to NMRPipe format. When I try to process the file in VNMRJ I get the message "No data in data file." I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed. Check if somebody has answered this question on NMRWiki QA forum

Cannot processe T1 data..."no region specific for intrng"?!
When I was processing data for T1/T2 analysis (from t1ir), it appears the error messengers "No region specific for intrng" but I have already followed the guide to define ranges.....And there is also no integration data in final report, just show "eliminated". Please help me:( THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

Protein NMR Spectroscopy: Principles and Practice, John Cavanagh et al (2006)
Protein NMR Spectroscopy: Principles and Practice By John Cavanagh, Wayne J. Fairbrother, III, Arthur G. Palmer, Nicholas J. Skelton, Mark Rance (2006) Amazon book description Protein NMR Spectroscopy combines a comprehensive theoretical treatment of NMR spectroscopy with an extensive exposition of the experimental techniques applicable to proteins and other biological macromolecules in solution. Beginning with simple theoretical models and experimental techniques, Protein NMR Spectroscopy develops the complete repertoire of theoretical principles and experimental techniques necessary...

ICMRBS founder’s medal 2006: Biological solid-state NMR, methods and applications
ICMRBS founder’s medal 2006: Biological solid-state NMR, methods and applications Marc Baldus Journal of Biomolecular NMR; 2007; 39(1); pp 73-86 Abstract: Solid-state NMR (ssNMR) provides increasing possibilities to study structure and dynamics of biomolecular systems. Our group has been interested in developing ssNMR-based approaches that are applicable to biomolecules of increasing molecular size and complexity without the need of specific isotope-labelling. Methodological aspects ranging from spectral assignments to the indirect detection of proton–proton contacts in...

18th (2006) Waterloo NMR Summer School LINK May 31 - June 9, 2006 The NMR Summer School was founded by Mik Pintar in 1969, and organized every alternate year since then. The school consists of lectures given by experts in the field, and will cover topics, ranging from fundamental concepts in NMR to recent advances and applications in the fields of medicine, biology, chemistry and physics. The School, of about 80 participants, makes available a forum for young NMR researchers as well as expert NMR spectroscopists, for discussion of NMR and applications at all levels, in both a...
